There's nothing more rewarding than peace of mind, which is why it's reassuring to know that every time you use your Western Union Gold Card to send money home to the Philippines and/or Indonesia, you'll be covered against accidents resulting in death or dismemberment for up to 35 days from the date of your money transfer. |

| In case of a valid claim, you or your beneficiary will receive a monthly payment (up to a maximum of US$1,000 per month) for 12 months based on the actual amount remitted by you (the sender) as the Insured Person. |

Benefits
Benefit A - Loss of life indemnity due to Accident
Benefit B - Accidental Dismemberment (third degree burns to less than 20% of the body or to 8% of the head will result in a compensation of less than the amount remitted) |

Limits of Benefits
Actual amount remitted by the Insured Person (converted into US$ using the Western Union settlement rate applied to the transaction) as per 'To Send Money Transfer Receipt', paid as monthly benefits for 12 months, subject to a maximum benefit of US$1,000 per month for 12 months |

Period of Cover
35 days from Date of Money Transfer as evidenced in the 'To Send Money Transfer Receipt' |

Beneficiary
In the case of accidental dismemberment: The Insured Person will receive the benefit

Summary of Exclusions
War, terrorist attacks, participation in illegal activities, intentionally self-inflicted injury, suicide, hazardous sports, any pre-existing conditions, childbirth/miscarriage/pregnancy or any complications concerning therewith notwithstanding that such event may have been accelerated or induced by injury (please see policy for details of exclusions) |

To Claim
In case of a claim, please call The Prudential Assurance Company Limited hotline at +852 3656 8209. Your 'To Send Money Transfer Receipt' will be the proof of insurance and must be presented at the time of claim. 'To Send Money Transfer Receipts' that are illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, forged, tampered and which contain other errors including without limitation manipulation of the closure, shall be considered null and void. Written notice of a claim must be given within 30 days after the occurrence or commencement of any loss covered by the policy or as soon thereafter as is reasonably possible. Failure to provide notice of the claim within this 30-day period, renders the claim null and void.
